Furthermore, accessing or attempting to access Ethical Misfits through any means other than our authorized interfaces, unless explicitly permitted in a separate agreement, is not permitted. Do not alter TCP/IP packet headers or any part of the header information in emails or posts, or use Ethical Misfits to send modified, misleading, or false source-identifying details; refrain from violating our Rules and Policies; and avoid interfering with the access of any user, host, or network, such as by sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Ethical Misfits, or by scripting Content creation to disrupt or burden Ethical Misfits. Deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of Ethical Misfits services allows you to end your legal agreement with us at any time.

Ethical Misfits does not guarantee the storage, transmission, or deletion of any Content or communications. There is no assurance that Ethical Misfits will meet your requirements or be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any advice or information obtained from Ethical Misfit Entities or services does not create any warranty or representation not expressly stated.
Ethical Misfits Entities will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from various scenarios outlined in the terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances shall the combined liability of the Ethical Misfits entities exceed the higher of one U.S. dollar ($1.00) or the total amount paid for the services in the past six months that gave rise to the claim. These restrictions are applicable to any legal theory of liability, including warranty, contract, statute, negligence, or any other basis, regardless of whether the Ethical Misfits entities were aware of the potential damages.
